MIKE FERY - PRESIDENT & CEO
Mike is a native to Boise. He received his finance degree from the University of Idaho and was a commercial loan officer specializing in business and real estate loans before starting Rocky Mountain Management as President and CEO in 1990. Mike has over 19 years of real estate, management and finance experience. He successfully started and is co-owner of over 24 separate companies which own and manage 21 commercial properties, which include four limited service motels, four flex buildings, three medical office buildings, one restaurant building, one car wash, four office buildings, four banks and several land parcels. mfery@rmmdllc.com

ANDY SIMONDS- VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT

Andy has over 19 years of industry experience in Commercial Real Estate including sales, leasing, financing, development and asset management. He has a degree is business economics from the University of California, and has completed additional courses in mechanical, structural and electrical engineering. He is responsible for tenant and client contact and ensures the orderly implementation of the owner's policies and directives. He supervises all new development service contractors, tenant improvements and other capital projects. MIKE MCKNIGHT, CHA - VICE PRESIDENT OF MOTEL OPERATIONS
Mike has over 17 years of experience in hospitality management. He was awarded Certified Hotel Administration designation by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association in 1999. He has experience working in all facets of operations in full service and limited service properties. He has directed the opening of five properties and the conversion of two properties. He is responsible for directing the operations of all motel properties including monitoring their financial conditions, developing operating budgets and evaluating quality standards. CHRIS PENLAND - DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION
Chris is a graduate of Colgate University (Hamilton, New York). He majored in economics with special emphasis in financial analysis. He also attended the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic. Chris holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as well as his Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) desingation. Chris is one of less than 50 people in the United States and the only person in Idaho to possess both the CCIM and SCLS designations. After graduation from Colgate University, he began his career at Colliers International in Boise, Idaho and later joined Thornton Oliver Keller. WENDELL JEFFRIES - CONTROLLER
Wendell brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting, taxes and audits. He received his BA in Accounting from Boise State University. He helped implement a new computer network, streamlined the accounting system and just recently implemented a new property management system. He prepares all of the financial statements, year end tax documents and the annual budget. MARK ERIKSEN - DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Mark has over 17 years of experience in project and construction management including overseeing the design and construction of distribution centers, processing facilities, office buildings and aviation hangers. He received his mechanical engineering degree from the University of Idaho. Mark is responsible for all phases of the design and development of our current and future projects which includes coordinating with contractors, city members and tenant/owners. meriksen@rmmdllc.com

PATRICIA GORDON - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Patricia has over 23 years of experience in Commercial Property Management managing everything from industrial buildings to high rise buildings. Patricia is responsible for the daily functions of our commercial management division which include, client relations and reporting, tenant relations, and vendor supervision. JERAN E. MILLETT - MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Jeran has attended both Eastern Arizona College and Boise State University. His work history encompasses all phases of property maintenance including HVAC, janitorial, and tenant improvements. Our Maintenance Department is radio dispatched and offers on-call status 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
