Rocky Mountain Management and Development, L.L.C. is a privately held business specializing in real estate development and property management. Rocky Mountain Management and Development (RMMD) was formed in 1996 and has managed real estate for 23 related companies that have done business in Idaho, Oregon, Montana and Washington. Currently, we manage four motels, one restaurant, one car wash facility and twenty commercial buildings in Idaho and Oregon. We have a broad array of experience in land acquisition, entitlement services, design and construction management, value engineering, property management and leasing.

We were nominated in 2000 as “Small Business of the Year” from the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and nominated for the prestigious “Integrity Counts” award in 2001 from the Better Business Bureau. We were recently honored with the first ever “North American Design Excellence” award from Best Western International for our Northwest Lodge located here in Boise, Idaho.
